Staffmark Group in Austell, GA is hiring a Forklift Operator. Pay rate is $17.00 per hour with a schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM plus overtime. Responsibilities include operating various forklifts, loading/unloading, and managing inventory using RF scanners.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred with basic math, reading and computer skills for inventory tracking.
• Experience operating various forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of RF scanners and shipping/receiving processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down, stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers and pallet jacks to move products.
• Load and unload trailers and shipments; secure cargo.
• Build pallets, stack materials, and prepare orders for storage or shipment.
• Use RF scanning to track inventory and maintain records.
• Perform inventory control activities including cycle counts and document verification.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety guidelines.
