Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, located in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, check, transport, prepare, and ship products and materials. You will load/unload trucks, verify documents, and manage inventory while keeping a clean, safe workspace.

The ideal candidate has a High school diploma or GED, a Mac Tools forklift license, and can learn AS/400 and JDA WMS. Strong communication, math skills, and attention to detail are essential for this on-site role with comprehensive

High school diploma or GED required.
Must possess a Mac Tools forklift license to perform this job.
Ability to learn and effectively use AS400 and JDA Warehouse Management System.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and safety.
Must have good mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks; verify shipping and receiving documents.
Receive and check incoming product; transport to facility areas.
Prepare orders for shipment; band, label, stage and load as required.
Replenish pick locations with product from bulk storage.
Pull product for ship bin replenishment.
Perform administrative tasks for receipt, storage and shipment of goods; maintain records and forms.
Conduct routine equipment checks and perform daily maintenance; maintain clean work area.
