McLane Company is accepting applications for a Forklift Operator at our Ocala, FL distribution center. Join a safety‑focused team with 130+ years of industry leadership and a culture centered on advancement through strong benefits.

You will move materials with powered standup forklifts, load and unload, and enter data into the system while following safety protocols to protect people and products.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous forklift experience and RF scanner familiarity preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English well for safety and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and transport product to assigned slots.
• Identify product to be selected, sorted, and placed.
• Follow aisle specifications for product sorting and placement.
• Enter assigned product for each shift into the system.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.
