Job summary

Aerotek is hiring Forklift Operators for 1st and 3rd shifts in Concord, NC. This contract position offers $18–$19 per hour with weekly pay and a broad benefits package.

You will safely operate and maintain equipment, pull and load goods, count inventory, and contribute to continuous process improvement. Expect outdoor work five days a week across varying weather and occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with production, forklift operation, and general labor.
• Strong attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work within a team to solve customer problems and complete general tasks.
• Willingness to work outside, regularly moving, in various weather conditions five days a week and occasionally on weekends.
• Ability to continuously work while standing, sitting, and driving equipment throughout the day.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and move and slide up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to operate a chainsaw and basic computer skills.

Shift:

1st shift- (7:30 am to 4:30 pm)

3rd shift- ( 4:30 pm to 1:00 am)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Concord, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
