Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse team. You will safely operate forklifts and related equipment, assist with inbound/outbound shipments, and help maintain accurate inventory while upholding safety standards.

The role offers a stable, team-focused environment with opportunities for overtime and weekly pay. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience.
• Current certification or demonstrated experience operating forklifts or similar equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active role.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, order pickers, and handheld scanners to move and track inventory.
• Perform inbound receiving and trailer loading/unloading with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following 7S and safety procedures.
• Follow supply chain quality policies and demonstrate safety and operational excellence.
• Support daily warehouse operations and other material handling tasks as assigned.
