Job summary

Alliance Industrial Solutions in Morrisville, NC is hiring forklift drivers for 100% on-site work. The role offers a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with day or night shifts, and a pay rate of $20.00–$21.50 per hour based on experience and shift differential.

Responsibilities include loading, unloading, staging with RF scanners and WMS, and maintaining inventory accuracy while complying with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 6–12 months forklift operation experience (sit‑down, stand‑up, or reach truck).
• Active or previous forklift certification preferred; recertification provided on-site.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, stack, and stage palletized materials.
• Pick, stage, pack, and label finished products using RF scanners and WMS.
• Transport assembled goods to shipping docks and assist with staging outbound freight for carrier transport.
• Perform routine equipment inspections prior to each shift and log maintenance concerns for safety.
