Randstad USA is urgently seeking sit-down forklift operators for immediate placement in high-capacity distribution centers in Woodland, CA. This role requires current forklift certification, precision, and an unwavering commitment to safety standards.

Primary duties include safely operating sit-down counterbalance forklifts, performing pre-shift inspections, loading/unloading, and coordinating with inventory control to ensure accurate material flow.

Qualifications

• Safely operate a Sit Down Counterbalance Forklift to move, stack, and retrieve palletized materials.
• Perform putaway, replenishment, and retrieve full pallet loads from high racks.
• Load and unload trailers and containers with proper balance and securing.
• Conduct daily OSHA-compliant forklift inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with inventory control and order selection teams to ensure accurate material flow.

Your certification and safety record are highly valued! We are urgently seeking sit down forklift operators for immediate placement in high-capacity distribution centers. This crucial role requires precision, expertise, and a flawless commitment to safety standards. If you possess current, documented forklift certification, we offer premium pay rates and work flexibility.

Responsibilities

• - Safely and efficiently operate a Sit Down Counterbalance Forklift to move, stack, and retrieve high-volume, palletized materials throughout the warehouse and loading docks.
• - Execute critical inventory placement tasks, including putaway, replenishment, and retrieving full pallet loads from high racks (up to client-specific height).
• - Load and unload trailers and containers meticulously, ensuring loads are properly balanced and secure according to safety and transport regulations.
• - Conduct mandatory pre-shift OSHA-compliant forklift inspections (daily checklist) and report any maintenance needs immediately.
• - Work collaboratively with inventory control and order selection teams to ensure accurate material flow and location management.

work hours: 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM

Qualifications

• up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)
• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.

Dress code: Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Steel Toes Required.
