Randstad USA in Carrollton, TX is hiring expert Sit Down Forklift Operators / High-Rack Inventory Specialists to handle complex pallet movement and racking operations. This role focuses on maximizing inventory throughput and offers strong earnings and advancement potential.

Responsibilities include high-level rack work, just-in-time replenishment, RF-assisted log verification, inbound/outbound staging, and maintaining safety at production speeds with full lifting capacity.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate Sit Down Forklift safely and efficiently.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs with team.
• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) test.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level rack work, accurately placing and retrieving palletized goods from multiple rack levels, requiring confident use of the forklift's full lifting capacity.
• Execute just-in-time replenishment of inventory to picking lanes to ensure zero downtime for order fulfillment teams.
• Utilize RF scanning technology in conjunction with forklift operation to electronically verify and log the movement and storage locations of all pallets.
• Safely stage outbound shipments and manage inbound receiving loads, ensuring efficient use of dock space.
• Operate at required production speeds while strictly maintaining control and adhering to load capacity and stability guidelines.
