Job summary

AriensCo is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to move materials for production, ensuring safety and efficiency. You will work as part of a team, record material movements in AS400, and support loading/unloading tasks to keep lines running smoothly.

This role starts at $22/hour with a $4,000 sign-on bonus, on a Monday-Thursday schedule (4 days x 10 hours, 4:30 AM–2:30 PM). A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Able to stand 8+ hours daily and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Experience safely operating forklift and material handling equipment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Move materials safely to support production operations.
• Load/unload materials, record movements and locations.
• Operate industrial trucks and pallet jacks; assist with crane setup as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals.
