Job summary

AriensCo is hiring a self-starting Forklift Operator for the 2nd Shift in Brillion, WI. Compensation starts at $22/hour plus a $4.00 shift differential and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Schedule is Mon-Thu, 2:30PM-12:30AM, 4x10 hour days.

You will handle materials, operate forklifts, and support production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards. Equal opportunity employer, with strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must wear required PPE.
• Experience operating forklift and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team handling materials for outdoor power equipment.
• Move raw materials and parts to designated locations.
• Operate equipment required for the job.
• Assist teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Record information per standard work procedures.
