Job summary

Ariens Company is seeking a self-starting Forklift Operator to join our Fayetteville, TN Distribution Center on a 4x10 schedule (Mon-Thur 6:00 AM–4:30 PM).

You will move materials for outdoor power equipment, enter movements into AS400, load and unload trucks, and support daily production goals while following standard work and safety rules.

Requires ability to stand 8+ hours, lift up to 35 pounds, and work as part of a team; prior forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience safely operating a forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Move materials for outdoor power equipment as part of a team.
• Operate equipment needed to perform the job.
• Record information in accordance with standard work instructions.
• Load and unload materials and units onto trucks.
• Enter material movements into AS400.
• Assist with setup duties and other areas to meet production goals.
