Job summary

Lifeway Foods, Inc. is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Worker in Wisconsin to operate a forklift and relocate, wrap, and count merchandise. You will ensure safe, accurate inbound and outbound shipments while following SQF and FDA guidelines.

Responsibilities include loading trailers, FIFO handling, temperature checks, and communicating with drivers to sign documents. This role supports Lifeway’s Kefir and other dairy products nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 3–6 months related experience or equivalent.
• Able to read and write reports, and communicate with drivers and peers.
• Comfortable in very cold environments and able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate yard/terminal tractor and forklift as needed.
• Load and offload trailers; ship products to customers and sister company.
• Ensure shipments are accurate, complete, and documented.
• Maintain SQF/SSOP compliance and follow company safety procedures.
• Record lot codes, quantities, and perform daily safety checks.
