New England Sheets in Devens, MA is hiring for 2nd shift Forklift Operators. The role uses powered forklifts to move corrugated material, load/unload, inspect and report forklift defects, and ensure correct storage for future delivery.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour plus a $1.25 per hour shift differential. Overtime may be required. We offer a monthly bonus program and comprehensive benefits, with a team-oriented, safety-first culture.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of forklift experience.
• Able to read and understand instructions.
• Basic math skills, able to read a tape measure.
• Proven safety, attendance and quality record.

As a Forklift Operator, you will utilize a powered forklift to handle corrugated material, load and unload goods & scrap, inspect and report forklift defects, and store/load units correctly for future delivery to customers.

NEW ENGLAND SHEETS REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• 2 – 3 years of Forklift experience.
• Ability to read, understand instructions, and communicate effectively.
• Basic math skills and must be able to read a tape measure.
• Successful track record in safety, attendance, and quality.
• Ability to function as a mature professional individual, who interacts positively with teammates.
• The willingness to function effectively in a team environment and tackle any task required for the success of the team.
• Enthusiasm for being an active part of a safety-first work environment.
• Be available to work overtime if requested.
