Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of forklift experience in manufacturing/warehouse.
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Strong safe material handling practices.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to transport materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and railcars safely.
• Stage materials for production and packaging lines.
• Move finished products to storage and prepare shipments.
• Inspect forklifts daily and report safety issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and product handling.
• Follow PPE usage and OSHA safety procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse and plant duties.
• Support production teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
