Job summary

Leadpoint Business Services is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator for a large Salem, OR facility. The role requires at least 6 months of forklift experience, with a strong emphasis on safety.

1st shift runs 6am-4:30pm, Monday through Saturday, offering overtime opportunities and a path for growth. You will move material from conveyors to secure areas, perform daily safety inspections, and coordinate with maintenance for any issues.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience operating forklift.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Willing to work 1st shift (6am-4:30pm, Mon-Sat)

Responsibilities

• Move materials from conveyor belts to the facility perimeter using a forklift.
• Perform daily equipment safety inspections.
• Report mechanical issues to maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as required to keep operations running smoothly.

Job description

As a Forklift Operator working with Leadpoint, you’ll earn $19.00 per hour, plus overtime pay at time and a half! You’ll also enjoy:

When not moving materials, our Forklift Operators are responsible for performing daily equipment safety inspections, communicating mechanical issues to the maintenance department for repair, and performing other warehouse tasks, as needed.

We’re immediately hiring full time safety-oriented Forklift Operators with an understanding of safety compliance and who are:

• Are at least 18 years of age or older.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• A Front-End Loader certification is a plus.
