Job summary

Leadpoint Business Services is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Appleton, WI facility. The role requires moving materials with a forklift and adhering to safety procedures on a first-shift schedule (4:40am–2:30pm, Mon–Fri with occasional weekends).

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of forklift experience, is 18+, can pass a background check and drug screen, and is authorized to work in the United States. A Front-End Loader certification is a plus.

As a Forklift Operator working with Leadpoint, you’ll earn $20.83/hr, PLUS you’ll also enjoy:

When not moving materials, our Forklift Operators are responsible for performing daily equipment safety inspections, communicating mechanical issues to the maintenance department for repair, and performing other warehouse tasks, as needed.
