Job summary

Leadpoint Business Services seeks a qualified Forklift Operator to move materials safely using a forklift in a large Salem, OR facility. The role runs Monday–Friday 6am–4:30pm, with Saturdays 6am–2:30pm, and includes company-provided PPE.

You will earn $19.00 per hour with overtime at time and a half, plus benefits after 60 days, weekly pay, accrued time off, and access to on-site lunch facilities. A drug screen and background check are required for employment eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Commitment to safety and quality control
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal oversight

Responsibilities

• Perform daily equipment safety inspections on forklift and warehouse equipment.
• Communicate mechanical issues to maintenance for repair.
• Assist with routine warehouse tasks as needed.
