Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in corrugating industry, forklift operation, or warehouse management systems preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in extreme temperatures.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and operational guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and Pratt Forklift Certification.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure materials/equipment are handled carefully.
• Support general operations and production schedules with efficient, accurate duties.
• Participate in training programs to stay up to date with procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely equipment maintenance.
• Support coworkers and be available for weekend shifts as needed.
• Additional duties may be assigned by management.
