McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to handle industrial standup forklifts in a high-volume distribution center. You will move products to designated areas, work at heights, and follow strict safety procedures.

The role requires reliable teamwork, organizational skills, and adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities include manual materials handling, accurate product placement, system data entry, and maintaining a safety-first mindset to prevent injuries and damage.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous forklift experience and RF Utility knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English at a level sufficient for safety and operations.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and transport product to assigned slots.
• Identify product to be selected, sorted, and placed.
• Follow aisle specifications for product sorting and placement.
• Enter assigned product data for each shift into the system.
• Work safely to prevent injury and product/equipment damage.
