Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Forklift Operator to move materials throughout the distribution center using standup forklifts. You will work at heights and follow safety protocols. The role includes loading, sorting, and accurate system entry on each shift, ensuring safe operations across the warehouse.

The position offers a competitive hourly pay, benefits starting after 60 days, and opportunities for advancement within a diverse, team-centered environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience operating a forklift and RF Utility (preferable, not required).
• Ability to read, write, and understand English well to perform tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and transport product to assigned slots.
• Identify product to be selected, sorted, and placed.
• Follow aisle specifications for product sorting and placement.
• Enter assigned product for each shift into the system.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.
