Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to move materials within our Republic, Missouri distribution center. You will operate standup forklifts, load and unload products, and ensure accurate placement in designated areas.

Expect to work evenings in a full-time capacity with a focus on safety and efficiency. The role requires reading and following instructions, basic data entry, and adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift experience and RF utility experience are a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to perform tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and transport product to assigned slots.
• Identify product to be selected, sorted, and placed.
• Follow aisle specifications for product sorting and placement.
• Enter assigned product for each shift into the system.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and equipment damage.
• Other duties may be assigned.
