Colonial Group is seeking a dependable Forklift/HILO Operator to join our manufacturing team in Michigan. You will operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to move product, load trucks, and rack inventory safely while meeting daily throughput targets.

Candidates must be able to stand all shift, pass a post-offer urinalysis and background check, and be willing to work overtime and weekends. Strong communication and punctuality are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up or sit-down forklift in a safe manner.
• Move product within warehouse and load trucks as needed.
• Unload trucks and put inventory away.
• Rack and stack product up to 16 feet high.
• Load trucks with empty dunnage.
