Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to perform intermediate arithmetic with decimals, fractions, ratios, etc.
• Candidate must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Must maintain good attendance and be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Load/Unload trailers in a safe manner.
• Material grading and handling.
• Place processed material into inventory storage.
• Monitor bale weights and related paperwork.
• Complete all required paperwork and inspections.
• Perform pre-shift forklift inspections and routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment; participate in Health and Safety programs.
• Attend all assigned trainings and support cross-functional needs.
