Job summary

Sibelco is seeking a Forklift Operator at our Seattle site. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, load/unload materials, and keep the area safe and organized according to safety standards.

You will complete training on Sibelco safety standards, inspect equipment, and report any maintenance or environmental concerns. The role requires adherence to PPE and site procedures and carries permanent employee status.

Qualifications

• Forklift and pallet jack operation experience preferred.
• Glass processing knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read and follow oral/written instructions.
• On-site training will be required before using vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and pallet jacks using safe practices.
• Inspect forklift prior to shifts and report issues.
• Load and unload trucks; move materials to bunkers/staging areas.
• Perform housekeeping and site cleanliness duties as assigned.
• Report incidents and participate in safety investigations.
• Wear required PPE and adhere to safety policies.
