Job summary

Radius Recycling, Inc. is seeking a motivated worker to support production and recycling operations. You will stage and move vehicles, operate a loader and forklift, and help maintain a safe, environmentally compliant work area.

The role requires the ability to read and follow instructions, perform daily loader inspections, and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Flex shifts and safety training are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Must attend retraining classes annually that meet company standards and expectations.
• Must successfully complete the Chemical Hazards Training program.
• Able to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Able to handle multiple competing tasks and priorities.
• Perform quality work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• To work flexible shifts and schedules.
• Use proper safety equipment and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Move and stage vehicles to and from staging areas to maintain flow.
• Transport vehicles to and from the drain shop and keep areas clean.
• Perform daily inspections on loader and operate forklift safely.
• Assist in maintaining an environmentally safe production/store area.
• All other duties as assigned.
