Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring a Forklift Operator in Moreno Valley, CA to load, unload, move, stack and stage merchandise for shipment to stores. You will operate a forklift and other equipment, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse while following safety procedures.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of warehouse experience, strong English communication skills, and a detail‑oriented approach. This hourly role requires flexibility in hours and a focus on safe operation and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of recent work experience.
• Excellent reading, writing and speaking English required.
• Must be a self-starter with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments safely.
• Stack and store merchandise in designated areas.
• Transport product to designated locations as directed.
• Prepare product for shipment accurately as scheduled.
• Operate forklift and other equipment safely.
• Follow OSHA and MSDS standards.
