Job summary

Goggin Warehousing Llc is seeking a Forklift Operator to move materials safely within our Nashville-area facility. Monday–Friday, 7:00–3:30, with responsibilities including loading, unloading, inventory checks, stacking, and order picking.

You will perform equipment inspections and documentation while following OSHA and PPE guidelines. Benefits include weekly pay, medical plans, dental and vision coverage, paid holidays and vacation, a 401K with company match, and performance-based raises.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift operator certification or license.
• 1 year of forklift operating experience in warehouse/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of forklift safety principles and safe operating practices.
• Physical ability to lift and stack and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in material handling and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks safely and in compliance with guidelines.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and palletized goods within the facility.
• Verify materials received/shipped to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Store and stack materials securely and optimize space.
• Pick and stage materials for shipment according to orders.
• Inspect forklifts and report defects to maintenance.
• Complete load sheets and inspection reports as required.
• Adhere to OSHA safety standards and PPE requirements.
• Communicate with team and supervisors to coordinate tasks.
