Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Power Industrial Truck Operator’s License required.
• Basic power industrial truck operations experience preferred.
• Must operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Must understand product age specs for storage and production.
• Exceptional attention to detail and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Load/unload product from trailers and store in designated areas.
• Perform FIFO procedures for materials and ingredients.
• Conduct basic quality checks on finished goods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Adhere to GMP/HACCP and safety policies.
