Job summary

Qualifications

• Must complete and pass OSHA’s forklift certification training as set forth in 29 CFR 1910.178.

• Good time management to complete responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Good follow-through ability; adheres to work schedule and handles challenges.
• Ability to adhere to Company policies and safety standards; avoids unnecessary risks.
• Minimum of 1 year of related forklift operation experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working at OSHA-regulated sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation inspection of forklift to ensure equipment is in proper operating condition.
• Report to shift supervisor for daily work assignments.
• Load trailers safely and efficiently.
• Organize material in the warehouse.
• Coordinate with supervisor to empty full containers and trash bins.
• Monitor equipment condition to minimize downtime and ensure readiness.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
