Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a dependable Forklift Driver for a fast-paced warehouse. You will safely operate forklifts, move and store products, maintain inventory accuracy, and support shipping and receiving.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable in an active warehouse. 0–6 months experience preferred; must have a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and be able to pass safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 0–6 months of warehouse, forklift, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Experience with RF scanners and inventory procedures is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to meet productivity expectations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to unload, move, store, pick, stage, and load products.
• Receive, count, store, and pick inventory accurately using RF scanners.
• Follow work orders and customer specifications when staging and loading outbound shipments.
• Inspect products and packaging for damage and complete basic packaging repairs when needed.
• Report damaged products, shortages, inventory discrepancies, and misplaced materials.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and battery changes as required.
• Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and operating guidelines.
• Support general warehouse and housekeeping duties as needed.
