Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Forklift Operator in Worcester, PA. The role involves safely operating forklifts, loading and unloading, moving inventory, and supporting shipping and receiving to keep warehouse operations efficient.

Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of warehousing experience. Pay is $24 per hour with a Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule, plus Staffmark benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
• Must have at least 1 year of warehousing experience and forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials.
• Inspect equipment before use and ensure inventory locations are accurate.
• Support shipping and receiving activities and verify product movement.
