Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Forklift Operator in Rock Hill, SC. The role focuses on safe operation of powered industrial equipment to move, load, unload, and stack products to meet shipping and receiving demands.

Prior forklift experience and a valid license are required, along with basic computer skills and a high school diploma. Responsibilities include inventory scans, cycle counts, daily inspections, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment safely to move products or materials for distribution (sit-down/stand-up forklifts, clamp, picker).
• Load, unload, and store products and materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan products and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory management systems as needed.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Complete cycle counts as required.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and maintain equipment readiness.
• Communicate and report incidents to supervisor.
• May perform housekeeping duties.
• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
