Job summary

The Crescent warehouse in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to move materials throughout the facility safely and efficiently. You will follow our safety standards, complete inspections, and work closely with production and shipping teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trailers, maintaining accurate counts, and supporting continuous improvement efforts while upholding Crescent’s culture of doing it right, safe, and well.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely in warehouse, loading docks, and production areas.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse and complete inspections.
• Work with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Accurately load and unload trailers and move pallets per/hour targets.
• Identify and communicate safety, quality issues, and waste.
• Use Pack Manager and SAP for inventory movement.
