Job summary

Becton, Dickinson, and Company is hiring a Warehouse Logistics Technician to support shipping, receiving and inventory accuracy at our Four Oaks facility. This role emphasizes safety, quality and lean practices in daily warehousing tasks.

You’ll perform loading/unloading, order picking, put-away, cycle counts and equipment handling with emphasis on accuracy and productivity. Requires physical stamina and adherence to GMP-like standards to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow shipping documents.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets safely and accurately.
• Perform shipping/receiving and staging of products.
• Identify pallet IDs and document locations during warehousing.
• Conduct physical inventories and participate in Lean initiatives.
• Ensure safety procedures, equipment handling and 5S housekeeping are followed.
• Assist as needed and cross-train for backup coverage.
