Job summary

BD is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Associate (LTO) for our Four Oaks, NC location. The role focuses on safe loading/unloading, accurate order picking, inventory control, and participation in Lean initiatives to maintain BD quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, with experience in forklift operations and safe warehouse practices. This is an on-site role supporting BD's supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and 5S is preferred.
• Ability to count, verify and document inventory accurately.
• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments safely and accurately.
• Identify pallets and document information for warehousing.
• Accurately pick orders and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain high quality standards and participate in Lean program.
