Job summary

House-Autry is seeking an energetic Warehouse Operator for our Four Oaks, NC facility. The role includes receiving, picking, packing, and shipping with a schedule Monday-Thursday, 7:00 am–5:30 pm and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years warehousing experience, HS diploma or GED, forklift certification, and proficiency with MS Excel/Word. This is a full-time position with opportunities for training and advancement within a respected, heritage brand.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Food manufacturing background is a plus with strong warehouse/distribution experience.
• Ability to lead a diverse workforce and work in a team.
• Capable of reading and interpreting safety rules and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping and receiving schedules and Four Oaks operations.
• Build and wrap pallets; process incoming product; pick and fill orders.
• Maintain relationships with employees and learn cost-effective warehouse practices.
