Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Forklift Operator in Hutchins, TX to safely operate powered industrial equipment and support distribution activities. You will load/unload, store, and move goods, scan and label, and complete required paperwork while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires 2+ years forklift experience, a valid license (or ability to obtain one), and basic computer skills. You will help maintain inventory accuracy and support SQFI/FDA readiness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of forklift operating experience preferred.
• Licensed forklift operator or able to obtain license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution.
• Load, unload and store products and materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan products and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory management systems as needed.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Complete cycle counts as required.
• Perform daily safety inspections per the forklift safety checklist.
• Maintain SQFI, FDA, and customer readiness requirements.
• Communicate and report incidents to supervisor.
• May perform housekeeping duties.
