Job summary

Kenco Logistics in Coppell, TX is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move goods and support loading, unloading, and storage for distribution.

You will use sit-down/stand-up forklifts, scanners, and inventory systems; complete cycle counts and daily safety checks; report incidents, and keep work areas clean. A valid forklift license or ability to obtain one is required, plus 2+ years of forklift experience and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass Background and Drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Powered Industrial equipment to move products or materials.
• Load, unload, and store products and/or materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan product and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory management systems as needed.
• Complete cycle counts as required.
• Perform daily safety inspections per the Safety Checklist on forklift trucks.
• Report incidents to supervisor.
• May perform housekeeping duties.
