Job summary

Kenco Group is hiring a Forklift Operator in Wilmer, TX. This role focuses on safe, efficient use of powered industrial equipment to move, load, unload, and stock goods for shipping and receiving.

Candidates should have forklift experience and basic computer skills, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. You'll perform daily safety inspections, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow SQFI/FDA requirements while supporting continuous improvement efforts and a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Minimum two years forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain license.
• Background and drug screen required.
• Basic computer skills expected.
• Attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Powered Industrial equipment to move products and materials.
• Load, unload, and store products and materials as needed.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan products and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory systems when required.
• Follow product rotation procedures and perform cycle counts.
• Conduct daily forklift safety inspections and report issues.
• Maintain inspection readiness for SQFI, FDA, and customers.
• Communicate incidents to supervisor and assist with housekeeping as needed.
