Job summary

Crescent is seeking a Forklift Operator to move materials throughout our Cincinnati warehouse efficiently and safely. You will follow Crescent Way practices and work with the team to ensure accurate staging, loading, and unloading, while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift, following safety procedures, and collaborating with Shipping, Receiving, and Supervisors to meet production demands. Prior GMP/lean experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years related experience or education mix.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating procedures.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Regulatory GMP manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Lean manufacturing and continual process improvement experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely to move materials within warehouse.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and report unsafe acts.
• Coordinate with teams to prioritize and stage inventory.
• Load/unload trailers and ensure timely dock operations.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and GMP requirements.
