Qualifications

• 0-2 years of corrugated packaging or general manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Ability to read and follow instructions on factory masters.
• Knowledge of layouts, production specifications and product quality specs.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to safety and detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely to load/unload stock and move materials to machines, docks or storage areas.
• Deliver stock to machines on time and per the production schedule.
• Complete forklift inspections before shifts and when using a new forklift; submit maintenance requests as needed.
• Adhere to daily production schedule and assist in optimizing it for cost, quality, delivery and service goals.
• Complete reports such as Production Data, Machine Status, Safety and Quality Data accurately and timely.
• Maximize equipment utilization within capacity/speed; participate in special projects as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and comply with company policies.
