Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group in Byhalia, MS is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. Load and unload pallets, operate a forklift, clamp truck, or pallet jack, and help maintain inventory accuracy while ensuring products are properly labeled and stored.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience operating a forklift, clamp truck, or pallet jack.
• Experience in continuous flow manufacturing or with automated equipment preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload ROCKWOOL products from pallets and trucks, ensuring no damage and proper labeling.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through counts and discrepancy investigation.
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot issues as first line of defense.
• Team player in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• Ensure production volumes align with plan and customer orders.
