Job description

Our client is looking for several qualified Forklift Operators. These are Temporary-To-Hire positions and located in Ames, Iowa.

Starting Pay

$23.00 / Hour

Hours

7:00am-7:00pm (rotating schedule) (30 minutes unpaid break & 3X15 min paid breaks) $23.00/hour

7:00pm-7:00am (rotating schedule) (30 minutes unpaid break & 3X15 min paid breaks) $24.00/hour

Shift Schedule

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday
• Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday

Duties

1. Operating a stand up battery operated forklift 95% of the shift.
2. Utilizing a had held scanner to locate products.
3. Taking finished products to the warehouse and putting on racking system.
4. Taking products form the warehouse and loading them into a semi-trailer.

Requirements

• Must live within 15-20 minutes of Ames
• Minimum 6 months stand up forklift experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, safely.
• NO smoking on the premises (Not in your car or on-site, you may leave during your 30-minute break, but NOT the 15-minute breaks).

Day or evening shift available.
