Qualifications
- Must complete and pass OSHA forklift certification (29 CFR 1910.178).
- Good customer service skills to meet/exceed expectations; professional and cooperative.
- Good time management to complete duties safely and efficiently.
- Good follow-through and ability to adhere to work schedules and handle challenges.
- Adhere to company safety standards and policies; promote safe operations.
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience.
- Minimum 1 year of OSHA-regulated site experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of forklift and equipment.
- Report to shift supervisor for daily assignments.
- Load trailers safely and efficiently.
- Organize material in the warehouse.
- Coordinate to empty full containers and trash bins throughout the day.
- Monitor equipment to minimize downtime and ensure readiness.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
