Job summary

Inergroup Insourcing Solutions is hiring a 1st shift Warehouse Forklift Operator in Fairfield, OH. You will hand pick orders, operate forklifts, and perform general labor tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Weekly pay starts at $18/hour with benefits. Candidates must be able to stand for long periods and work well in a team, with overtime potential on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more forklift experience (sit-down/stand-up, cherry picker, reach truck).
• Experience using MS Excel for inventory data exports and cleanup.
• Knowledge of receiving, loading, unloading, stocking and inventory control.

Responsibilities

Hiring Immediately for 1st Shift Warehouse Forklift Operator Jobs in Fairfield, OH:

Inergroup is hiring immediately for First Shift Forklift Operator jobs in Fairfield, OH. As a Warehouse Forklift Operator, you will hand pick orders, operate a forklift to transport products within a warehouse environment, and complete other general labor activities. Weekly pay starting at $18/hr and great benefits available!

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience operating: Sit-down Forklift, Stand-up Forklift, Cherry Picker, and Reach Truck

• Experienced with MS Excel to export, review, and clean up spreadsheets relative to product inventory data

• Well versed in receiving, loading and unloading, stocking, and inventory control.

• Able to read and understand a BOL in order to confirm proper delivery amounts and delivery locations.

• Able to operate a computer for receiving incoming products into the system as well as making other inventory related transactions and conducting basic mathematical equations.

• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Must be able to stand for the entire shift and walk throughout the warehouse.

• Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Load and unload freight in an efficient and safe manner

• Move product to storage area with proper equipment and efficiently stack and store merchandise in the appropriate areas

• Pick orders for shipment and assemble merchandise to be shipped

• Process orders including picking, checking, sorting, consolidating freight

• Wrapping pallets, packing loading and shipment confirmation of customer orders

• Operate material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner

• Inspect products for defects, damages.

• Arrange products in the warehouse to maximize space and accessibility, making it easier to locate items.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday and some overtime on Saturdays may be required

• 7:00am - 3:30pm
