Job summary

JB Tools Inc. is seeking a dependable, experienced Forklift Operator / Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team in Livonia, Michigan. This full-time role supports daily receiving, put-away, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced, small-business environment.

You will operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, verify shipments, and enter data into our WMS, with a Monday–Friday schedule and pay in the $19–$22/hour range. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift/hi-lo experience is required.
• Current forklift or hi-lo certification/license is required.
• Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts is required.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for receiving.
• Ability to count, inspect, and organize inventory accurately.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work the scheduled Monday-Friday shift.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to work with others in a small-business environment.
• Ability to lift and move warehouse product safely around equipment and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound freight and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Receive products into our warehouse management system (WMS).
• Verify counts, SKU information, and paperwork during receiving.
• Put away inventory accurately and keep warehouse locations organized.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse.
• Work closely with receiving, inventory, picking, and shipping teammates.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
