Abbott is hiring for an Operator Warehouse Receiving at our Altavista, VA location in the Nutrition division. This role involves handling finished goods and raw materials, using Cambar/MITS, and ensuring FEFO readiness.

You will store, pick, and verify materials, labeling and receiving into MITs, while maintaining compliance with FDA/OSHA policies. The base pay ranges from $17.15 to $34.25 per hour, with shift premiums and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to operate and obtain a forklift driver’s license.

• Store all raw materials in assigned areas within the warehouse.
• Prior to storing, remove all visibly damaged products and return it to the appropriate processing area.
• Properly label and receive raw materials into the MITs system.
• Stage labels and complete label control portion of work order.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Ability to operate and obtain a forklift driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience and understanding of a Warehouse Management System.

• Ability to efficiently using a personal computer.
