Job summary

KanPak, a Golden State Foods company, seeks an energetic Forklift Driver to support warehouse and quality operations at our Arkansas City, KS facility. You will operate stand-up forklifts and reach trucks, move inventory, and ensure accurate loading and storage to meet safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 6 months of forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of forklift/material handling experience.
• Experience operating reach truck and/or stand-up forklift.
• Ability to perform visual inspections.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklift and reach truck.
• Receive, store, move, and load products and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, lift, carry, and palletize products to fulfill customer orders.
• Conduct visual inspections of incoming and outgoing products for quality and accuracy.
• Verify product counts against shipping/receiving documentation.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Load trailers and move product to storage locations.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; assist with additional tasks as needed.
