Job summary

PeopleReady of Wichita, KS is seeking a Forklift Driver to move pallets and containers in a warehouse environment. This role includes loading/unloading, inventory tracking, and preparing orders for shipment.

Applicants must be 18+, forklift experience is required, and a background check plus drug test are part of the process. Shifts are available in 1st shift daytime hours with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in warehouse settings is preferred.
• Ability to operate forklift and/or pallet jack required.
• Able to repeatedly lift to 50lbs and bend/twist/raise arms.
• Some assignments may require a valid driver's license or forklift license.
• Resume required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods from trucks.
• May also pick, wrap, and prepare orders to be shipped.
• Move product to storage bays and follow inventory instructions.
• Stack empty pallets.
• May use RF scanning equipment to track inventory.
