Job summary

KanPak® is seeking an energetic and dependable Forklift Driver to support warehouse and quality operations at our Arkansas City, KS facility. You will safely operate material handling equipment, inspect products for quality, and help manage inventory to ensure efficient receiving, storage, and shipping.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, forklift certification preferred, and at least six months of forklift/material handling experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months forklift/material handling experience required.
• Reach truck or stand-up forklift experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklift and reach truck safely.
• Receive, store, move, and load products in the warehouse.
• Pick, lift, and palletize products for orders.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing products for quality and accuracy.
• Verify counts against shipping/receiving documents.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Load trailers and move product to storage locations.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Support additional warehouse/quality tasks as needed.
